The late Wayland Drew was a contemporary of Canadian canoeing icon Bill Mason. He canoed the north shore of Lake Superior in the 1970s and 80s, creating memories that no doubt inspired his novels. Danielle Sosin’s first book presents a haunting, multi-generational view of the lake.
